Bug fixes

Queued actions no longer close drawer interfaces.
Requesting a non-queued action now clears the queue correctly in more places.
Fix console error in Apothecary.
Fix error when certain high level investigation clues were present at the same time.
Improve drag sensitivity if the corresponding mouse button has no click action bound to it.
Fix various typos.
