Ventures are essentially low-effort daily tasks that allow you to earn substantial EXP in various skills with almost no hands-on involvement. By sending an NPC on a mission, you can accumulate rewards over a set period, such as 12 or 24 hours, without active play.

Here's how they work:

1. Start A Venture: Talk to a designated NPC or interact with an object that initiates the Venture (some professions may also require a small fee).
2. Wait Period: The mission runs automatically over a specified time period.
3. Claim Rewards: After the time has elapsed, interact with the NPC or object again to receive your rewards—typically thousands of skill-specific EXP and sometimes additional resources.
   • Sometimes you might get the reward(s) right away, but have a "cooldown" period until you can do another of the same Venture.

The entire process only takes a few seconds each day, making Ventures one of the most efficient ways to boost profession levels in Brighter Shores with minimal effort.

How to Unlock Brighter Shores Ventures

Unlocking Ventures usually requires reaching a certain skill level or completing a related quest. Here's a quick overview:

• Skill-Level Requirements: Some Ventures become available when you reach a specific profession level. For example, reaching level 21 in Merchant unlocks a Venture for gathering grapes.
• Quest-Based Unlocks: Other Ventures may require completing a quest. For instance, the level 30 Mining Venture is only accessible after finishing a particular quest.

To see if a profession has an associated Venture, look for an hourglass icon next to the action on the professions page. This icon indicates that a Venture will unlock at the designated level or once a related quest is completed.

Recommended Ventures to Prioritize

To maximize your passive Brighter Shores EXP gains with Ventures, it's helpful to set a few milestones that will support your overall progression:

1. Carpenter Level 32: Although not directly related to Ventures, reaching level 32 Carpenter is a valuable account milestone that provides access to Storage Rifts, enhancing your item storage and resource management. It's recommended to achieve this level before focusing heavily on unlocking Ventures, as it will make overall resource handling more manageable.

2. Skill-Specific Ventures: Once you've reached Carpenter level 32, turn your focus to unlocking Ventures for skills that offer high EXP returns or valuable resources. Prioritizing these Ventures will allow you to build up profession levels passively, supporting faster progression.
